Whether tickets are sold online or in-house, availability updates are instantaneously synchronized across the entire system, alongside integrated virtual gift cards redeemable online and in Counterpoint. Furthermore, staff can quickly process online transactions in Counterpoint via our Synch application, with the option for manual or automatic daily imports of online payments for accounting purposes.
