Once agreed, there’s a contract to sign, our underwriters do their thing and then onboarding can begin. For online payments we can get the whole process done in 3-4 weeks. When in-person payments are required, we may need a little longer to get the terminals team involved and hardware provisioned.

Traditional processors often have extensive application processes, elaborate pricing systems, and their support and user experiences are difficult to navigate. Outbound offers a more streamlined service where, in partnership with your software, getting signed up, boarded, and launched with payments can take less than a month! After you’re signed up, Outbounds dedicated support team is always ready to correct an issue, answer any questions, or provide additional training to merchants.

If you are using the Ascent POS, then typically, switching your payments over to Outbound will require the purchase of new pin pads. These are a relatively low-cost items (about $400 each) and come encrypted from CSIPay with unique keys to ensure security of the transaction.

If you are using the NCR Counterpoint Box Office then when switching your payments over to Outbound you will only be affecting your online payments. POS transactions through Counterpoint will remain with your current provider.
